Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a discipline that originated in ancient China, studying the human body’s life, health, and diseases. It has a unique theoretical system that combines natural science with humanities and social sciences. The holistic view of TCM holds that the human body is an organic whole, and there is unity between the human body, nature, and society.

TCM collects data through the four diagnostic methods (inspection, auscultation, inquiry, and palpation) and applies dialectical analysis to identify the cause, nature, location, and relationship between pathogenic factors and the body’s response. Based on the identified pattern, TCM practitioners determine the corresponding treatment method.

Our Consultation Process:

  1. Appointment: Call us or make an appointment online for your consultation time and inform the front desk staff of your health concerns.
  2. Registration: Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and register at the front desk.
  3. Diagnosis: The TCM practitioner will perform the four diagnostic methods (inspection, auscultation, inquiry, and palpation), as well as check your body temperature and blood pressure. Based on your symptoms and condition, they will analyse and explain the cause and nature of your illness and provide a corresponding treatment plan.
  4. Treatment: The TCM practitioner, treatment therapist, and pharmacist will work together. The TCM practitioner will introduce your condition and treatment considerations to the treatment therapist, who will then guide you to the treatment room for therapy. At the same time, the pharmacist will prepare the necessary internal or external medication for you.
