Flos Magnoliae, Fructus Xanthii and Herba Asari free nasal orifices[5-6]; Radix Ledebouriellae, Herba Schizonepetae, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Lumbricus (Earthworm) dispel wind; Periostracum Cicadae (Cicada Nymph), Fructus Forsythiae, Cortex Mori Radicis, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Herba Menthae dispel wind and clear heat[2]; Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii resolves phlegm and frees orifices[7]; Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Rehmmaniae Praeparata, Ramulus Taxilli and Fructus Schisandrae strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors[3]. The herbal combination has effects of strengthening body resistance, resolving the exterior and freeing nasal orifices.
